Netflix Warranty Policy

Warranty Period

The warranty period corresponds to the subscription duration purchased by the customer.

For example: A "Netflix Premium Account for 1 User (1 Month)" will have a warranty period of 1 month (30 days).

Warranty Policy

  • Any account issues arising during usage will be resolved as quickly as possible, with a maximum resolution time of 12 hours.
  • Customers will be provided with a temporary replacement account while waiting for the issue to be fixed.

Refund Policy

Customers are eligible for a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

The refund amount is calculated as follows:

  • Usage of no more than 5 days: Full 100% refund (*)
  • Usage over 5 days: A refund is provided for the unused days (rounded up in favor of the customer).

The refunded amount will be transferred via Paypal.

Customers can request a withdrawal to their bank account by contacting customer support. The refund will be processed within 24 business hours.

Example:

A "Netflix Premium Account for 1 User (1 Month)" was purchased for 5 USD. After 16 days of use, an issue arises. The refund amount is calculated as:

5 USD * (30 - 16) / 30 = 2.333, rounded up to 2.5 USD.

In this case, the customer will receive a refund of 2.5 USD.
