Spotify Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

The warranty period corresponds to the subscription duration purchased by the customer.

For example:

  • Spotify Premium Renewal (6 months): 6-month warranty.
  • Spotify Premium Renewal (1 Year): 12-month warranty.

2. Warranty Policy

  • Any issues arising during use will be resolved quickly, with a maximum response time of 12 hours.
  • For shop-provided accounts, if an issue occurs, the shop will replace the account and automatically transfer the customer's playlists to the new account.

3. Refund Policy

Customers are eligible for a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

Refund amount calculation:

  • Used for no more than 5 days: Full refund (*).
  • Used for more than 5 days: Refund is based on unused days (rounded up in favor of the customer).

Refunds will be processed via bank Paypal.

Customers can request a withdrawal to their bank account by contacting customer support. The refund will be processed within 24 business hours.

Example:

A "Spotify Premium Subscription (1 Year)" was purchased for 5 USD. After 16 days of use, an issue arises. The refund amount is calculated as:

5 USD * (30 - 16) / 30 = 2.333, rounded up to 2.5 USD.

In this case, the customer will receive a refund of 2.5 USD.
